For your convenience we accept all major credit cards – Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. Patients may also make arrangements for a monthly payment plan through Care Credit.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Endodontic fees vary depending on the complexity of the required treatment. Therefore, before any treatment is performed, you will receive an estimate of the anticipated charges. Payment of the uninsured portion of any fee is due at the time that treatment is performed. As a courtesy, our staff will attempt to estimate the amount of insurance coverage on the day of treatment. This is only an estimate, based up on the best information we can obtain from your insurance carrier. Therefore, the amount due after insurance payment may vary from the estimate. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
